Don’t worry — our vehicles are covered by roadside assistance.
In the event of an accident, please **do not settle on the spot**, and be sure to contact the police first.

Can I travel with my pet?

Can I send my luggage in advance?
Yes, we offer free advance luggage delivery service.
Please send your items to us at least two days before your rental date.
We’ll place them in your rental vehicle for you upon delivery. (Please avoid sending perishable or refrigerated items.)

フルカスタムのキャンピングカーだと1日2〜3万円かかるところが多いですが、こちらは超快適に車中泊できる車をリーズナブルに貸してくれて助かりました。
180cm超えの自分でも足を伸ばして寝られるので全く窮屈さがなく、2人でも問題なく寝れるサイズ感でした。

最低限の備えのハイエースでしたが、快適に旅できました！イス2脚とクーラーボックスのみレンタルしました。イスはわざわざ手配してもらい助かりました。
他のハイエースレンタカー屋さんより安い、また最初の電話での対応がとても好感を持つことができたのでこちらにしました。また次、北海道へ来たときもレンタルしたいです。
※1.途中で延長させてもらいましたが、長期割引適応外でした。2.ゴミの回収は500円だそうです。口コミ投稿で割引をしてもらえました。（車中泊だと捨てるところがほとんどないので助かります）3.中長期になると荷物多くなるし、料金の割引よりも、何か他の案内や小物レンタル割引等あると大変助かります。
今回だけでは北海道回りきれてないので、またお願いします。

キャンピングカータイプのハイエースは初めてだったので、少し心配でしたが、2人だったので快適に過ごせました。
ポータブル電源もあり、車内で充電に困ることはなかったです。
車内wifiもあってよかったのですが、なぜか携帯ナビの検索に使えなかったのが残念でした。全体的には満足でした！
また機会があればレンタルしたいです。
綺麗な景色を見るのが好きなので、車中泊で時間を気にせず、北海道中を回れたのは本当に良かったです！
リピーター特典として、オプションも追加して頂けて遠くから来てる身としては荷物が減らせて本当に助かりました。
