Rental Flow

Please make a reservation using one of the methods below:

• Online Form (Available 24/7)
• By Phone (Available 7:00–19:00)

Once we confirm your request, we will send you a tentative booking notice along with payment instructions and pickup/return location details.
Up to 2 changes are free; a fee of ¥2,000 will apply for each additional change after that.

* Please make sure to review our rental terms and conditions before booking.

After the tentative booking, please pay the deposit: ¥5,000 × number of rental days
(Payment accepted via credit card or bank transfer)

Once payment is confirmed, your reservation will be finalized.
Please complete payment within 7 days of receiving our instructions. (If not, the booking may be canceled.)

* The deposit will be deducted from your total rental fee.
* Optional items can be added or changed up to 3 days before your trip.
* We can accept advance delivery of your luggage (except perishables).

We will meet you at the specified location and provide the following guidance (approx. 15 minutes):

• Vehicle feature explanation
• Driver’s license check (we will take a photo)
• Final payment (cash, credit card, or e-money)

* Tire repair costs (e.g., flats) are the customer’s responsibility.

Please return the vehicle at the location and time agreed in advance.
* Return the vehicle with a full tank.
* Additional charges may apply for late returns, missing fuel, damage, or excessive dirt.
