I'm Shibanuma, the owner of Salmon Rentacar.
I’ve spent years traveling all over Hokkaido in a Hiace camper, transporting my off-road bike and snowmobile for my hobbies, and using vehicles as practical tools for construction work.
Based on those experiences, I began customizing and renting out vehicles ideal for road trips, transporting gear, and job use across Hokkaido.
Through my travels, work, and adventures, I’ve often thought, “This kind of feature would be useful”—and turned those ideas into reality.
I’ve built vehicles that focus on comfort and functionality. To keep rental costs down, I handle most customizations myself, eliminate unnecessary add-ons, and keep our lineup streamlined—so I’m confident in our pricing too.
As a small company, we strive to offer flexible services that larger rental agencies often can’t provide. Our goal is to meet each customer’s unique needs with care and adaptability.
