※ Travel with pets is only allowed for customers who agree to the Pet Travel Agreement.

No worries—we will explain everything when we hand over the vehicle.
An instruction manual is also available inside the vehicle, so you can refer to it anytime during your trip.

Yes, no problem. A special license is not required.

Our staff will meet you at the return location and time you specified in advance.
We will check the vehicle together with you—for fuel level, any scratches or damage—and then complete the return process.

During your trip, please dispose of waste at campgrounds or follow the local municipality’s disposal rules.Alternatively, you may bring it back with you.
※ If returned, we will dispose of it according to Sapporo City's waste separation rules for a small fee.

Yes, we can hold one vehicle free of charge.
However, this service is only available if you pick up and return the rental at our parking lot.
※ Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damage while your car is parked with us.

Yes, of course. We will store it free of charge.
Please send it to our office at least two days before your rental date.
Your luggage will be placed inside your rental vehicle on the day of pickup.(Perishable or refrigerated items are not accepted.)

Yes, we can ship your luggage for a fee.
No advance notice is necessary.

No, there is absolutely no extra charge based on driving distance.

If you forget it, unfortunately, we will not be able to rent you the camper van.

Due to the higher center of gravity and heavier weight compared to regular vehicles,
driving on snowy roads requires sufficient experience and skill.
For safety reasons, we do not rent vehicles to those without winter driving experience, according to our policy.
