About Reservation Deposit
- You will be asked to pay a reservation deposit of ¥5,000 × number of rental days when booking.
- Up to 2 changes after confirmation are free. From the 3rd time onward, a ¥2,000 change fee applies per change.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total rental fee on the day of use.
- Payments accepted via credit card or bank transfer.

Return to a Different Location
Returning the vehicle to a location different from the one booked requires prior approval.
One-way rental fees apply as listed below.

In the event of an accident, even if covered by insurance, the renter is typically responsible for up to ¥200,000 in deductibles (¥100,000 for property damage and ¥100,000 for vehicle damage).
However, if you pay the Collision Damage Waiver fee (¥2,000 [excl. tax] / 24 hours) before departure, our company will cover that deductible.
We highly recommend enrolling in this optional coverage for peace of mind.

In case of an accident, please do not settle at the scene and report it to the police immediately.
Basic insurance (bodily injury, property damage, vehicle damage, personal injury) is included in the rental price.
Exclusions
- If the accident is intentional or due to gross negligence
- Driving without a license, under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Unauthorized settlements
- Involvement in fights, suicide attempts, or criminal activities
- Failure to promptly report the accident to the police and our company
- Other exclusions may apply in accordance with the insurance company's terms and conditions.
Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
In the event that the vehicle cannot be returned as scheduled due to an accident, theft, breakdown, or severe interior damage, or if the vehicle is deemed unsuitable for further rental, a non-operation charge (NOC) will be applied as compensation for business interruption.
This charge applies even if you are enrolled in the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
If any damage is confirmed upon return, the following flat-rate fees will be charged regardless of the extent of the damage or repair time.

Downtime Compensation Fee
In the event that the vehicle becomes unavailable for rental due to accidents, damage, stains, or equipment failure requiring repair or cleaning, you will be charged a downtime compensation fee to cover lost business opportunities.
This fee applies regardless of the extent of the damage or the location of the failure.
The repair period will be calculated based on estimates and records provided by our designated repair partner.

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, please review the following rules and requests carefully.
These guidelines are important to prevent any issues during your rental.
Pet Policy
- Small to medium-sized dogs are allowed. (¥5,000 (excl. tax) / per dog)
- Please keep your pet in a crate or use a pet diaper whenever possible while driving.
- Please make sure your pet relieves itself outside the vehicle.
- If there is significant dirt, odor, or damage, or if extra cleaning/repairs are required, you will be charged for actual costs plus a business compensation fee calculated as: [repair days (up to 30 days) × ¥15,000 (excl. tax)].
Fuel Policy
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas, refueled at a gas station within 3km of the return location.
*Please present the fuel receipt upon return.
Other Notes
- All vehicles are non-smoking.
- Please avoid cooking with strong odors (e.g., BBQ, fried foods) inside the vehicle.
- Child and junior seats are available for free. (Please request in advance if needed.)
